Chocolate Is Good For You

Go ahead, treat yourself to a little chocolate, its good for you!  New studies show indulging in chocolate may reduce the likelihood of having a stroke or heart attack. Consuming chocolate may lower blood pressure, decreasing the chances of getting Cardiovascular Disease (CVD). Studies conducted by the European Heart Journal found that by eating 7.5 grams of chocolate daily lowers the chances of having a stroke or heart attack by 39%!
